Are house mouse feces dangerous to touch?

The North Carolina mice living within your basement, the attic and walls are a great annoyance. Apart from that, they also pose real health threats that can be very dangerous for humans. There are lots of risks present and it is very important that you get to know about them well in advance so as to avoid a bigger problem in the future.

Mouse feces
As we all know this fact that wild animals can’t be kept as pets, even then many of us have them at our home deliberately or sometimes, unfortunately! This is the reason why, we all need a service to help us in getting rid of these Charlotte wild animals if we are failed to do so by our own. One of the greatest risks that are posed by the mice is the feces that they leave behind. When you breathe in the dust that is contaminated with the droppings, the saliva and/or urine of Charlotte mice, you can be infected with Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome. This is an illness that is usually fatal in over a half of the cases that are reported.

This means that you need to take a lot of precaution even after you have removed all the mice from your home. There is a bigger risk still within your home that can cause a lot of harm to you and your entire household.

Airborne allergens can lead to:
- Asthma
- Allergies

According to a study that was carried out, a journal was published that the inner city bedrooms of the children having asthma has a detectable level of mouse allergen that was airborne. This issue is still present in the suburban homes of the middle class population.

It is possible for one to get a full blown asthma attack when exposed to the dust contaminated by the fecal matter of mice. The symptoms of asthma that may be seen included difficulty in breathing and wheezing.

Possible areas where the allergen could be located
Mouse allergen is usually found in the dander and urine. This is something that can be in basically any place within the home. According to a research, kitchen floors had more of the mice urinary proteins that lead to asthmatic reactions as well as allergies. Other places with higher concentrations include triplexes, duplexes, mobile homes and high rise apartments. The allergens are higher in the homes that are lower income but aren’t limited to them.

It is always important to handle the North Carolina mice issue within your home and clean up in a safe and effective manner.
